I believe in honesty, efficiency, vulnerability, humor, and empathy, and I draw on those tenants deeply in my work. My goal is to hold up a mirror for you, one that is clinically informed and more objective than a loved one’s can be, but delivered with unconditional positive regard. We all deserve to be witnessed without judgment, to be treated with love, and to be held with empathy.
